Vak Sambath
Founder - Chief Executive Officer

Vak C. Sambath is founder and chief executive officer of Medmania, Inc., the leading providers of the world's first social networking educational marketplace targeting the academic and non-academic community worldwide. With easy-to-use online access, Campusbug.com taps into more than 79 million individuals in the academic services industry. Campusbug.com, is a privately held subsidiary of Medmania Inc.

Vak started his career as a pre-medical student at Allegheny College in 1995 before deciding to switch careers after graduation. In 2000, he left his duties at Sam First Health Corp. as administrator manager to study the technology industry. He began taking courses in Computer Science at Irvine Valley College to enrich himself in the booming dot com sector. He began his career in the computer industry as a technical support specialist for SMC Networks, a worldwide computer networking company. Within his first few months with the company, he learned to analyze and provide solutions for the crippled networking industry by co-developing the first EZ 3-click Networking software for routers, network interface cards and access points. He currently is involved in future projects for New Entry Insurance Services, Solve Management Software, and related new market technologies development. In his spare time, Sambath spends time reading, computer network consulting for small businesses, start-up entrepreneurship and stock market investment consulting, and advises online web development for small businesses.

Vak holds a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Behavioral Psychology from Allegheny College, PA.

Sambath Pak
Chief Financial Officer

Sambath serves as the co-chief financial officer for Medmania, Inc. Sambath is responsible for all internal financial and administrative operations. Sambath is an Executive member of two companies: Sam-Orith Investment Corporation and S&M Investment Corporation. He served for four years as the Secretary of Ministry of Interior in Cambodia. He served for two years as the Leader of Supply in the United Nation, Thailand to Indonesia. Sambath also served as the Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors for The Cambodia Family. He is a very influential and well-regarded member of his community, having volunteered on numerous Cambodian Commerce & Economic organizations. Sambath's strong business background and knowledge of financial operations brings great value and decision making skills to our company. In addition, he is a loving husband and father of three children.

Sambath was educated in Cambodia and received a B.S. in General Education from the University of Phnom Penh. He also attended University of Economy, Phnom Penh and served as Faculte de Droit Et DES Science Economiques, University of Law.

Melvin Smith, Jr.
Chief Operating Officer and Head of M&A

Mel Smith is the COO and Head of M&A for Medmania, Inc. Mel is a young entrepreneur committed to building the next generation digital media platform. His responsibilities include business development, marketing, strategic planning, and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Medmania, Inc., Smith participated in an Open Market Committee Symposium with the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and presented his findings on national and international economic policy. In May 2005, Smith joined Medmania Inc. as its Chief Operating Officer. Along with Vak Sambath, Mel has acquired some of the leading web properties in the digital media space.

Smith holds an MBA from the Graduate School of Management at the University of Phoenix and a BA in Economics from California State University, Fresno.

Melvin Smith, Sr.
President of Business Development

Melvin is the President of Business Development for Medmania, Inc. In this role, Melvin works with the management team to evaluate and drive new strategic business opportunities, including strategic alliance and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Medmania Inc., Melvin worked for Hughes Aircraft Company. He served as a Major Subcontract/Buyer and Material Program Administrator during his 11 year career with Hughes Aircraft. He supervised other MPA's on Department of Defense complex programs, lead negotiation processes, and resolved budget compliance issues. Most recently he has served as the Founder/CEO of Kennedy & Smith, Inc. Kennedy & Smith Inc. provides medical billing and transcription services to various hospitals, family practices, and surgery centers.

Melvin brings more than 20 years experience in business strategy, corporate communications, and policy compliance strategy.

Neal Rochlin
Vice President of Educational Development

Neal Rochlin is the Vice President of Educational Development for Campusbug.com. As a Certified Teacher and Child Advocate with several years of teaching experience, Neal plans to incorporate the most advanced educational pedagogy to ensure cognitive development for all students. Neal also has a commitment to assure that Campusbug.com is a safe social networking environment for today's students.

Besides being a Teacher and Child Advocate, Neal created, produced and hosted his own Cable Talk Show called "Neal Rochlin Live," with a guest list of Education and Political Leaders that included Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano.

Neal received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University in Broadcasting. Neal also attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. Finally, Neal received a Post Baccalaureate Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix.
